Refund Policy

When making a payment to Minelist.net you are agreeing to the following Refund Policy.

Premium Membership / Premium


When purchasing Premium for your server, your listing title and listing description will be highlighted in a custom color background, your server icon will be displayed and you will be able to ping your server anytime. On the purchase time and at the beginning of each month, if your Premium is active, you will receive bonus voting points:

  • For 30 days Premium, you will get +50 bonus votes on purchase and +50 at the beginning of the next month if Premium is still active.
  • For 90 days Premium, you will get +100 bonus votes on purchase and +100 at the beginning of the next 2 months.
  • For 180 days Premium, you will get +200 bonus votes on purchase and +200 at the beginning of the next 5 months.
  • For 360 days Premium, you will get +30 bonus votes on purchase and +30 at the beginning of the next 11 months.

Bonus votes are reset every month and server all-time votes excludes bonus votes.

Grace Period

You get 24 hours (one free-trial day) of testing for Premium Membership. Within this period you may request a full refund. We may extend this period or your Premium expiration date if there was any technical issue.

Requesting a Refund


We wish to resolve all issues regarding payments with customers directly. Contact Us and we will try to find the best solution to any issue you may have regarding payments.

All customers get 24 hours (one free-trial day) of testing for Premium Membership.

  • 1.1. If you are unsatisfied with our services you may ask for a full refund ONLY during the grace period.
  • 1.2. After the grace period has expired you may only ask for a partial refund of your remaining days of Premium Membership.
  • 1.3. In case your Premium Membership was never activated you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days from payment date.

It may take up to 72 hours (3 working days) for our team that is managing the site to process your refund. We may charge an additional 10% fee as service for processing your refund if is requested in terms of section 1.2.

Suspension


Our company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend your Premium Membership at any time and for any length of time. This measure will be taken in case of pending, suspicious or fraudulent payments and/or if the money is put on hold by any of our payment systems or credit card processors. Once the payment will be cleared and/or the dispute will be settled in our favor we will re-activate your Premium for the remaining days as they were remaining on the moment of suspension.

Termination


Our company reserves the right to terminate your Premium Membership and may block any future payments in case you open a payment dispute or if you request a refund as described on section 1.2.
