Welcome to NYCTO We are a new and growing Minecraft server for mainly casual play. Our server incorporates a unique leveling system, a variety of game modes ranging from heavily modded survival to PvP, and a more enjoyable version of the survival experience. Our PvP mode provides action-packed, fast pace fun for you, your friends, and anyone else on the server. The server is built with many plugins to differentiate us from other servers and to challenge the process on what it means to be a great server. Here at NYCTO, we have a very active moderator team always working to make the server be the best form it can be and an admin team working to better the experience for all members and to model the way on making the server great. What is the server IP for NYCTO?
The server IP address to join NYCTO Minecraft Server is play.nycto.net.
Please make sure to be using the right port when adding the server to your Minecraft Client to prevent any connection issues. Most Minecraft Java Servers use the default port (25565), while others use a custom port that you can find right after the server IP address.
How do I play on the NYCTO Minecraft Server?
- Open your Minecraft Launcher and hit the "Play" button.
- Once your Minecraft Client has loaded, select the "Multiplayer" button from the main menu.
- Select the "Add Server" option, and paste NYCTO's IP address (play.nycto.net).
- Finally, once the server turns green, you may proceed and press "Join Server" to play on NYCTO.
What Minecraft version does NYCTO support?
NYCTO supports Minecraft version 1.8.9. Keep in mind that most Minecraft Servers might allow you to join with older or newer versions. For more information about version compatibility, please refer to NYCTO official Discord or website.

NYCTO is located in United States. We recommend you choose servers near to your location because the closer the server hosting is to you, the better ping you will experience in-game. You can check the server ping under the "Multiplayer" tab in your Minecraft Client, passing your mouse over the signal icon.
